MIAMI, FLORIDA – Thursday December 31, 2009. Hayden Panettiere spotted getting very friendly with Ukrainian heavyweight boxer, Wladimir Klitschko, while vacationing in Miami. The 20 year old “Heroes” hottie and the 33 year old Klitschko had lunch together poolside on their adjacent sun loungers while Panettiere’s personal bodyguard stood watch nearby. At one point the two were seen holding hands while flirting with one another the entire time. Klitschko currently holds the IBF, WBO, and IBO, World heavyweight title.
